Bar members must have an account before registering for Rule 403(b)(1), viewing recorded jury trial. If you already have login credentials (ie: Course of Study) you can skip this step. If you have an account and cannot remember your credentials, please email Robin Genovese at email@example.com.
After you have completed your recorded jury trial program(s) through the SC Bar website which is through us, please email Arlene McMillan at firstname.lastname@example.org to obtain your certificate(s). If you are taking Mediation and Civil Trial, email after completion of both. For Webex programs you will need to contact the Office of Bar Admissions at 803 734 1080 between the hours of 9:00a.m.-2:00p.m.
As a result of the COVID-19 pandemic, the South Carolina Supreme Court issued this order permitting lawyers and bar applicants to complete the trial experiences required by Rule 403(b)(1) by viewing recorded jury trial and Rule 403(b)(4) by viewing day in court proceedings broadcast online via Cisco WebEx. If following Rule 403(b)(4) (day-in-court proceedings) reference the previous link in this paragraph to retrieve your certificate.
