About the Seminar
The South Carolina Administrative and Regulatory Law Association in partnership with the SC Bar CLE Division is pleased to present its annual seminar – again this year in a convenient virtual format! The 2021 SCAARLA Update: 2nd Pandemic Edition features an experienced and knowledgeable faculty, including Chief Administrative Law Judge Trip Anderson, who will cover important administrative and regulatory law topics such as how to create a proposed order in appellate practice and procedure in the ALC, Lt. Shaun Fey with SLED who will talk about critical infrastructure cybersecurity and how to combat that. A panel from the SCDOR who will discuss the aspects and procedures of being audited. We also have a one-hour presentation on Substance Abuse/Mental Health from Hailey Kanipe, MPH from LRADAC whose informative presentation on the gamut of addiction issues that can affect our everyday world.
