Originally offered as part of the May, 2021 State Guard Seminar, this presentation provides an overview of South Carolina's attorney discipline process through the eyes of a former ODC staff lawyer. In addition, viewers will benefit from guidance on how to maintain decorum, collegiality and professionalism during litigation and in the courtroom.
