About the Seminar
Join the Health Care Law Section for two important panel discussions. First, health care spending accounts for more than one-sixth of the nation's gross domestic product (topping $3.8 trillion in 2019).  This sector has a number of rules and regulations that even well-meaning clients can run afoul of. The panel will discuss how to deal with a health care fraud criminal investigation. Second, the COVID-19 pandemic has touched nearly every area of life. Unfortunately, some have sought to capitalize on this crisis to reap illicit profits, threaten the welfare of others, or prey on the public.  This panel will have an in-depth discussion of COVID-related fraud.
