Brandi Hinton
Brandi Hinton is a Columbia, SC native and a 2006
graduate of the University of South Carolina. She attended law school at
Charleston School of Law where she was a member of the Moot Court Board,
Student Trial Lawyers Association, Phi Delta Phi, Orientation Committee,
Academic Support Search Committee, James L. Pettigru Inn of Court and served on
the Alumni Association Board. She graduated from law school in 2009 and was
chosen as a member of the Charleston School of Law Forensic Club.
Upon graduating from law school, Brandi clerked for
the Honorable Mikell R. Scarborough during the height of the foreclosure crisis
in Charleston County. She then worked in the 13 th Circuit
Solicitor’s Office for eight years where she handled thousands of cases and
tried over twenty-five cases including murder, criminal sexual conduct, armed
robbery, burglary, domestic violence, white collar, drug trafficking and bank
robbery. Brandi also worked in private practice handling both criminal defense
and civil litigation.
Currently, Brandi is an Assistant United States
Attorney in the Greenville, SC office. She is assigned to the Organized Crime
Drug Enforcement Task Force where she prosecutes large scale drug trafficking,
racketeering (RICO), violent crimes in aid of racketeering (VICAR), money
laundering, PPP fraud, bank robbery and Hobbs Act robbery cases. Brandi is on
the team of prosecutors who are currently prosecuting the largest federal
racketeering conspiracy in South Carolina history.
Outside of work, Brandi serves on the Julie Valentine
Center Board of Directors and is a member of the Haynsworth-Perry Inn of Court.

Breon Walker
Breon C.M. Walker earned her Bachelor of Science degree in
Business Administration with a double major in marketing and management from
the University of South Carolina Honors College in 2000. She earned her Juris
Doctor from Emory University School of Law in 2003, where she was the recipient
of the Custer Tuggle Award for Excellence in Family Law.
Following her graduation from Emory, Breon clerked for Circuit
Court Judge Reginald I. Lloyd in Columbia, S.C. She then practiced in both the
civil and criminal divisions of the South Carolina Office of the Attorney
General. Prior to joining The Stanley Law Group, Breon practiced with a large
firm defending insurance carriers and their insureds in personal injury cases.
An experienced speaker, Breon has prepared and presented seminars
to clients and colleagues on statutory compliance, case law developments and
effective witness preparation.
Breon has been recognized by several organizations for her legal
acumen including being recognized as a Super Lawyers “Rising Star” from
2012-2019 and a Super Lawyer from 2020-present. In 2013, Breon was
selected by the National Bar Association as one of the “Nation’s Best
Advocates: 40 Lawyers Under 40.” Breon was also selected to the “Under 40
Hotlist” by Benchmark Litigation in 2016. In 2020, Breon was named an
Honoree of the South Carolina Leadership in Law Award by South Carolina
Lawyers Weekly.

Carl Solomon
Carl L. Solomon is a native of Columbia, South Carolina and is a member of The Solomon Law Group. Carl is a graduate of Florida State University (B.S. Economics) and the University of South Carolina School of Law. He concentrates his practice in areas of complex litigation including catastrophic injury, pharmaceutical litigation, products liability and wrongful death. Carl is a member of the following organizations: Richland County and American (Member) Bar Associations; South Carolina Trial Lawyers Association (Legislative Steering Committee); American Trial Lawyers Association (Exchange Group and Motor Vehicle Section Officer); Columbia Lawyers Association (President); National Bar Association (Member). Carl has served the community in many capacities including State of South Carolina Commission on Higher Education 2000-2003; Pro Bono Criminal Domestic Violence Prosecutor for the South Carolina Attorney Generals Office; and Judge, South Carolina Bar Moot Court Competition (Middle School). Carl has been involved in several notable cases in South Carolina including delivering the closing argument in Johnson v. Collins (video poker case); Shell v. Richland One and Graham v. State Farm (both successfully argued before the South Carolina Supreme Court). He served on the Plaintiffs Steering Committee for both Graniteville Train Disaster Class Actions and he currently represents four of the estates of the Charleston Nine. Excerpts of Carls closing argument in Johnson v. Collins were included in The Lost Art, An Advocates Guide To Effective Closing Arguments, 2nd Edition (Judge Joseph F. Anderson, Jr.). Carl has also sought to improve the practice of law by providing presentations on the state (SCBLA, South Carolina Bar and NBI CLE) and national (American Association of Justice) levels.
He is married to the former Takisha James of Ladson and they have one son, Carl Lewis Solomon, II.

Daniel Coble
Judge Daniel McLeod Coble was born and raised in
Columbia, South Carolina. Judge Coble attended public schools in Columbia and graduated from Clemson University with a B.A. in Economics. He attended the University of South Carolina School of Law.
Upon graduating law school, Judge Coble worked as
an assistant solicitor for the Fifth Judicial Circuit where he also was the
lead prosecutor for South Carolina's first homeless court. He was appointed as a full-time magistrate
judge for Richland County in 2017 and served as the associate chief from
2018-2021. Judge Coble subsequently opened his own law practice, Coble Law Group, and focused on criminal and civil litigation.
Judge Coble has written several legal books and
articles and has been published by the South Carolina Bar, SC Lawyer, and
several law reviews. He served as the chair of the South Carolina Bar Publications Committee.
He was elected in 2022 to fill the seat of the
Honorable L. Casey Manning, resident judge for the Fifth Judicial Circuit, upon
his retirement.

E. Moise
Warren Moise does primarily plaintiff's law (together with defense work) in suits against insurers for bad faith denials of insurance benefits and also in the field of personal injury. He sues car dealers, finance agencies, and banks. He has written several books on evidence, procedure, and South Carolina legal history. In 2016, he was recognized as a South Carolina Leadership in Law Honoree. He was awarded the South Carolina School of Law's Compleat Lawyer Gold Award and has an AV Martindale-Hubbell rating. He was selected for Super Lawyers and Best Lawyers, including Super Lawyers' Lawyer of the Year in Charleston for banking and finance law. In 2006, he was awarded the SC Bar's first Trial and Appellate Advocacy Award upon nomination by District Judge Joe Anderson and has taught evidence, advanced evidence, and trial advocacy at both South Carolina law schools. He has spoken on evidence at two South Carolina Judicial Conferences and at a number of CLEs. Before law school, he wrote, published, produced, and/or played music with several musical groups such as the Showmen, Bill Pinckney and the Original Drifters, Clifford Curry, Maurice Williams, the Band of Oz, and Billy Joe Royal, and recorded with the Chairmen of the Board including Carolina Girls, On the Beach, and others. He has released a music CD entitled Class of '71 and is in the Beach Music Hall of Fame.

Joseph Anderson
Judge Joseph F. Anderson, Jr. was appointed United States District Judge by President Ronald Reagan in October 1986. Prior to that, Judge Anderson practiced law in Edgefield, South Carolina, and represented Edgefield and Aiken Counties in the South Carolina General Assembly. He is a graduate of Clemson University and the University of South Carolina School of Law.

Justin is a civil litigator with Kahn Law Firm, LLP in Charleston, S.C. He handles a variety of cases including professional liability and personal injury. He has written, lectured, and taught throughout the country on advocacy, procedure, evidence, ethics, technology, and persuasion.

Matthew Richardson
Matthew’s practice focuses on complex
litigation, and he has participated in some of the largest and most complicated
litigation in South Carolina in the past 20 years, including the Kiawah Island
minority owner oppression litigation, the VC Summer new nuclear construction
public utility rate case, the state grand jury investigation and prosecution of
public corruption at the Statehouse, the statewide redistricting challenges in
2001 and 2011, the state constitutional challenge to the Heritage Act, and the
federal constitutional challenge to temporary rate relief for customers from
the abandoned new nuclear construction at VC Summer. Matthew represents a class of all foster care
children in South Carolina for systemic reforms and also handles personal
