Live Webcast: Day 1: 37th Annual NC/SC Jt. Labor & Employment Law Conference

October 29, 2021

This page is to registrar for Day 1 Live Webcast of the 37th Annual NC/SC Labor & Employment Law Conference. The live programs will be held in Charleston, SC, at the historic Francis Marion Hotel. This advanced level program highlights topics including tips from the magistrate judge perspective, an EEOC update, wage and hour in the ear of Covid-19 and returning to work after the January 2021 capitol riots. We’ll also hear from a panel who will share best ethical practices for employment practitioners. We also welcome nationally recognized CLE presenter, Stuart Teicher, on the first day to present the substance abuse / mental health hour, Seven Secrets to Survive the Struggle with Sanity. As always, there will be excellent substantive updates from the Supreme Court, the Fourth Circuit, as well as the North and South Carolina state and district updates.

This seminar is an advanced level program.
