2021 Family Law Intensive

October 22, 2021 - October 24, 2021

 THIS PROGRAM IS FULL!

Come join us for the 2021 Family Law Intensive CLE in Charleston taking place October 22rd through 24th, 2021.  A significant portion of every family court attorney’s practice involves drafting various agreements.  This Intensive CLE will provide an interactive format where we will delve into the art of drafting these agreements.  It will feature some of South Carolina’s leading family law authorities, including Jim McLaren, John McDougall and Robert Rosen.  Participants will receive valuable up-to-date forms, including templates for the family court practitioner to incorporate into their practice.  This three-day CLE put together by the Family Law Section Council provides you with over 11.75 hours of CLE credits, and is designed to address situations you may have or may yet encounter in your practice.  All of this will take place in our beautiful city of Charleston, an area rich in culture, history and world-class restaurants.  Come join us for this informative CLE, while relaxing and enjoying your chance to socialize with your colleagues outside of the office.  This CLE is limited to the first 60 registrants, so don’t delay and miss out on this opportunity!
