The 37th Annual NC/SC Labor & Employment Law Conference will be held downtown Charleston, SC, at the historic Francis Marion Hotel.  This advanced level program highlights topics including tips from the magistrate judge perspective, an EEOC update, wage and hour in the era of Covid-19 and returning to work after the January 2021 capitol riots. We’ll also hear from a panel who will share best ethical practices for employment practitioners.  We also welcome nationally recognized CLE presenter, Stuart Teicher, on the first day to present the substance abuse / mental health hour, Seven Secrets to Survive the Struggle with Sanity. As always, there will be excellent substantive updates from the Supreme Court, the Fourth Circuit, as well as the North and South Carolina state and district updates.

Please note this program will be held live in Charleston, but also will be available via Live Webcast. If registering for the Live Webcast, you will need to indicate which days you will attend virtually (these is a separate registration for each day to attend via this format).
